Here you can find various home made lavender products as well as essential oils, cosmetics, herbs and food. Everything is organically produced and with their 40th anniversary they have been a pioneer in organic agriculture. Nougat Andr\u00e9 Boyer<\/a><\/strong>
For the sweet-tooth! It is a beautiful authentic store where since 1887 mostly nougat has been made here with regional honey. Their recipe is still a well-kept secret. The macarons, spelled wafers, almond pastries and lemon tarts are so delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albion Cycles<\/a><\/strong>
I have seen this store well evolve over the years. For a decent prize you can rent regular, race- and mountain bikes at a cheap price, especially Giant bikes. They also own a whole range of e-bikes. There is also a bicycle workshop where your bike can be repaired if necessary. You will find a diversity of power bars and thirst quenchers, cycling books and cycling clothing. I am very satisfied with their service. During the summer season it is advisable to make a reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicolas Ughetto<\/a><\/strong>
During the summer months Nicolas runs a small photo souvenir shop next to the Sault post office. Nicolas is a passionate nature photographer and beautifully portrays the flora and fauna around Mont Ventoux. He published a few books, and he also sells posters, cards and most recently wood carvings in the shape of the Ventoux. Nicolas is a very kind man!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yves et Virgini<\/a><\/strong>
A fine quality butcher. Quality comes with a prize but here you will meet experts willing to professionally inform you about their- and regional products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Librairie Le Bleuet<\/a><\/strong>
You will not believe this! In the tiny village Banon, known for its chessnutleave shaped goatcheese, you will find the biggest bookstore in rural France.
