Les Lavandes<\/font><\/a><\/strong>
In summer you should eat under the shade of the plane trees at Mr Gaberts restaurant, the mayor of Monieux. Here you will still find the authentic Provencal atmosphere, the village square next to a beautiful fountain. The food is wonderful and very tasty. The 3- or 4-course menus are seasonal, the truffle dishes in fall are legendary. You can also order the meals separately \u201cA la Carte\u201d. The house wine has a good price \/ quality ratio, and the best wines from the region are at serving temperature. You can experience here that the French are specialists in patisserie and desserts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferme Auberge la Maguette<\/font><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0
Here you dine in a very informal atmosphere at the organic farm of Magalie and her parents. Magali has a heart for her business and passionately cultivates her own soil in an organic way. Everything that comes on your plate comes from their own hands. The menu consists of 4 courses and costs only 29\u20ac: serious portions! It is only opened in the weekends during the day, Friday evenings only during the summer season. When you are booking, you will find out what is on the menu.
ps: The lavender field next to Grange Ventoux is theirs. Next to the restaurant you will find a shop with food and lavender products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’O des Sourses<\/font><\/a><\/strong>
This restaurant is located on the domain of the castle Gipi\u00e9res, slightly above Montbrun Les bain. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at this village and the Ventoux, especially the sunset is extraordinary here. Don’t be intimidated by the majestic driveway, here they serve meals for every budget. The chef makes maximum use of regional seasonal products. Ludovic has made his mark in several star restaurants and is a passionate wine lover. On Thursday evenings during the summer season you can taste 16 wines from the 170 wines that he has for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Bistrot de Lagarde<\/font><\/a><\/strong>
The restaurant is secluded on top of the highest part of the Plateau d’Albion. From Sault you drive 16 km through lavender fields and forests. You wouldn’t expect a restaurant in this hamlet with about 40 inhabitants. Certainly not when you know that it is an old bunker in an ex-old military domain. We came here for dinner for the first time in 2012 and thought it was a revelation, a real culinary discovery. The service was extremely friendly and the owners genuinely came to ask if everything was fine. We were absolutely not surprised when they received a Michelin star for the first time in 2014. Their prices have not changed since then, for 48 euros you can order a surprising menu consisting of many small dishes.
